GROUP DESCRIPTION

Chronic illness in our mid 20s and 30s often takes both a physical and emotional toll on us all — join us for a safe space to process some of these many challenges together.

Many of us living with invisible or chronic illness cannot relate to friends staying out past midnight or running marathons on the weekend. Fear of being believed, stress of medical trauma, feelings of isolation, loss of hope and feelings of dependency are all common experiences that people in the chronic illness community face.

This group aims to be a safe space for those living with a non-fatal illnesses to process tough feelings, speak to other people who “get it” and regain control over their lives.

This group will meet for nine sessions and is for anyone between the ages of 24 and 39 who is looking for support in managing their own chronic illness.

REGISTRATION IS OPEN THROUGH MARCH 1st
