GROUP DESCRIPTION

Our collective dread over Monday morning has bled into our weekends — creating the infamous Sunday Scaries.

Join this group to reclaim your weekend and reclaim yourself through creating rituals, meditation, music & art therapy, journaling, and self love practices. Our group will explore the roots of Sunday Scaries as well as free-floating anxieties during the week. We will also go over some psychological phenomena and coping skills to work through our internal dialogues.

This group will meet for four sessions and is for anyone between the ages of 18 and 30, who is looking to implement new coping strategies into their lives!
