Tabitha Torres joined Collaborative Insight Counseling Associates (CICA) as a Practice Assistant in February 2022. She has since advanced into a Sr. Practice Assistant , Operations Coordinator, and most recently into the Operations Manager role in March 2025.

Tabitha was previously a student at Salem State University studying Creative Writing and Public Relations, graduating in May 2018. Taking this path allowed her to hone her writing skills while learning how to communicate effectively with others.

Tabitha strives to make the intake process a seamless experience for prospective clients. Having experienced the benefits of therapy herself, she understands the importance of making mental health care accessible to anyone. She hopes that through ongoing review and revision, the administrative team can continue to offer services that are efficient and accommodating.

Fun Facts: Tabitha is a huge anime/manga fan, with her favorites ranging from magical girl series like Sailor Moon to darker stories like Starving Anonymous. True to fashion, her music choices are also on both ends of the spectrum, with her top artists right now being Babymetal and Kendrick Lamar. In her free time, Tabitha likes to watch true crime (Rotten Mango!), practice yoga, and eat at delicious restaurants.
