Pride Month 2024
CICA is proud to celebrate Pride Month every June!
In service of our mission to increase access to care, a number of CICA clinicians will be offering assessment sessions, for clients in pursuit of a Gender-Affirming Surgery Letter - all at no cost to the client.
A limited number of appointments are available to both new CICA clients, as well as those already working with any of our clinicians.
Please Note: No-Cost Sessions must occur between June 1, 2024 and June 30, 2024, but are also available year-round, based on need.

NEW CLIENTS

Please Note: In order to facilitate this appointment, you’ll be connected with a clinician for a single one-hour session. Clients seeking to continue working with the clinician performing the assessment/writing the Gender-Affirming Surgery letter must complete the usual client intake process, beginning by filling out this form.
ESTABLISHED CLIENTS
Current CICA clients are encouraged to speak with their clinician about requesting a Gender-Affirming Surgery letter. Please fill out the form below, and be sure to identify yourself as an existing client. A member of the Intake Team will be in touch to share our clinicians’ remaining availability for this service.
If your clinician is listed above, you may choose to work with them for the assessment, or choose to work with another clinician altogether. Either way, the session designated for this assessment will occur at no cost to you, regardless of any insurance coverage you may/may not have.
